If you're staying for a longer visit, head up to Itasca State Park to (maybe) see fall colors, hike some trails, or go up in the old watch tower to see some views! It's about 25min away from Park Rapids.

If you are one who can't get away from fishing, bring your boat! We've got lots of lakes including Fishhook lake, Potato lake, and Long lake.
