Travel Details
To All Guests
A deposit of $150 CAD per person is required to secure your seat and/or hotel room. The deposit deadline is December 30, 2024, and the final payment deadline is August 14, 2025.
When you are ready to proceed, please fill out the secure online Travel Booking Form by clicking the link at the bottom of page. When submitting your booking form, please specify if you are booking at TRS Coral or, at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres resort. We have also provided the booking form instruction, as well as the travel FAQs links below to help guide you through the booking procedure.

We (the wedding couple) will always be here to help answer any questions, and happy to assist you with any travel arrangements on your behalf if needed.
To Guests In Canada
One of the perks that we received from Sunwing is "Group Travel Concession". This means there will be 1 free adult (flight + hotel) for every 5 adults booked (6th adult is free). Instead of selecting one individual to get a free vacation or use it towards our wedding cost, we have decided to split the amount evenly and will send back to all of our guests after the trip. This way everyone gets to receive extra discount up to 13% per person. The discount rate will depend on the final number of guests booked.
Group Travel Concession conditions:
- Must book your vacation (flight + hotel) through Sunwing.
- Must choose double room occupancy (2 adults per room).
- Wedding group size must have at least 10 adults.

We highly recommend you purchase the "worry-free" travel insurance plan, which costs $69 CAD per person. This guarantees a reimbursement of your pre-paid, non-refundable trip expenses in the event that you must cancel your trip for an insured reason up to 3 days prior to departure. Other travel insurance plans are also available; please refer to question #10 in the travel FAQs link below for more details.
Guests who want to have a shorter stay can arrange their own flight separately. However, your hotel room must be booked directly with Sunwing. Please contact our travel account manager or Sunwing Weddings via email for a land-only rate. Group Travel Concession discount will not apply to hotel reservations.
If guests choose to book their vacation through another travel website or stay in a different resort, they will not be considered part of our wedding group and will need to purchase an event pass to attend our wedding. Also, the rate outside of our group contract may be higher.
To Guests Outside of Canada
Guests outside of Canada can arrange their own travel and transfer; however, you must book a hotel room directly with Sunwing. Please contact our travel account manager or Sunwing Weddings team via email for a land-only rate. Refer to questions #20 and #21 in the travel FAQs below for more details.
If guests choose to book your room through another travel website or stay in a different resort, they will not be considered part of our wedding group and will need purchase an event pass to attend our wedding.
