This is our preferred location as it is also our Destination Wedding Venue.

Room Reservation: Please contact Rincon Of The Seas Grand Caribbean Hotel Reservations Department at p#787-823-7500 to reserve and identify yourself as as part of the group, block code "Lirelys & Drew Wedding" in order to obtain the group rate.

Room Block is for deluxe rooms only which accommodates up to 4 people. Guest can choose between deluxe room with two queen size beds or deluxe room with one king size bed. If other lodging requirements are needed, please let the hotel representative know and they can accommodate.

Group Rate: $165.00 per night, plus 9% tax, for a total of $179.85 per room, per night. A two night minimum stay is required for reservation. At the time of reservation, a deposit of the amount of one night will be required.

Although all rooms have a partial ocean view, if you are interested in reserving a full ocean view, or suite, please ask the hotel representative when you call to reserve, and they will give you the price for the upgrade.

Casitas/Villa/Suites: Guests that are interested in bigger units to accommodate five to six or more people in the same space, can ask at the time of reservation for the price or book online. The Casitas are usually a three-night minimum stay, average price is approximately $500.00 per night plus tax. You can check online; price will depend on the days guest is looking to stay.

Guests will have until September 20, 2024 to make reservations with the group rate.

Check-in/Check-Out: The check-in process is after 3:00 pm, and the check-out process is before 11:00 am. Rates included complimentary Wi-Fi and guest parking.

At check-in, a hold of $100 will be applied for incidentals. If no incidentals occurred during your stay, this amount will be returned to your credit card during the check-out process. Please note that credit card returns can take up to 3 to 7 business days to reflect on your account.

All rooms have air conditioner and their bathrooms have toilet grab rails. Every room includes breakfast for two.

Standard Rooms: Economy rooms are great for fun getaways. They all have private en-suite bathrooms, a seating area, and flat-screen TVs. Standard & Economy Rooms are located in the Main Building of the Hotel adjacent to the Route 413 entrance.

Includes: Two Full, Full, Queen or King Size Bed (it varies per room)

Balconies, Patios or Seating Areas Available (varies per room).

Poolside Rooms: Superior Poolside Rooms are perfect for family stays. They overlook the central pool area and have stunning Rincón sunset views. Each room has private, en-suite bathrooms, a seating area, and flat-screen TVs. These rooms also have large balconies overlooking the pool with great views of the Rincón hills.

Includes: Double Queen or King Size Bed

Additional Futon available in some rooms,

Terrace Rooms: are ideal for those seeking privacy. They offer large balconies and partial vistas, as well as added peace and quiet. These rooms have private en-suite bathrooms, a seating area, and flat-screen TVs. The Terrace Rooms are located on the upper level of the main building.

The Guest House features five distinctive guest rooms including a poolside king suite, poolside king habitaciòn, Balcony queen suite with ocean views, and two balcony queen habitaciòns with ocean views.

Each room is uniquely curated highlighting locally - based artisans and tradesmen to reflect the bohemian surf style of Rincòn.

Rooms include free parking and are equipped with private bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat screen tv’s, a mini bar, pool towels, hair dryer and complimentary English Rose bath amenities. Room service reflecting the restaurant’s hours is also offered daily. We suggest enjoying breakfast on your room balcony and lunch by the pool.
