Cocktail Attire. Suit with or without a tie for men. No jeans or shorts. Cocktail dress, nice separates or jumpsuit for women. No sundresses or white dresses. Women are advised to wear block heels, wedges or nice flats. Stilettoes or thin heels will be very difficult to walk in through the gravel areas.

We kindly ask that you arrive to the venue by 4:45PM.

There will be transportation provided to the venue from both hotels listed on our website, as well as transportation back to the hotels and to the bar. If you live locally and are planning to Uber/Lyft, please know we recommend you utilize the transportation pick up at the hotels as the cell phone service at the venue is poor. For those planning to drive, there is ample parking available at the venue, but please be mindful of traffic. Shuttle Service from Double Tree Hilton is at 3:55. Shuttle Service from The Inn at Saratoga is at 4:15 & 4:25 Please know there are 2 weddings at our venue and an event at Mountain Winery, both providing transportation from our same hotels. Confirm which shuttle you board and if driving or ubering, plan for some traffic.

Although we love children, we are having a children free night! We want parents to enjoy their time on a night out!

We are having a small, intimate wedding and chose to invite those friends and family closest to us to celebrate our special day. Your invitation will list the names of those invited.

This is an early summer wedding, so plan for it to be warm-ish. However, we're shaded by redwoods so we expect it to cool down. Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors.

Email or text us before the weekend of the wedding. Dinner is buffet style and all dishes will be labeled. We can provide allergy information on the menu items if you request it in advance of the wedding.

While we appreciate you wanting to create memories, we ask that you leave your cameras at home so our professional photographer can do their job.
