Our Wedding

I’m not going to say that it was love at first sight…but it was pretty close!&nbsp;&nbsp;On a chilly October night in 2019.&nbsp;Brett and I met at Granite Park in Frisco.&nbsp;It is a lovely little row of restaurants with patios looking out over a boardwalk and pond.&nbsp;There are rows of Adirondack chairs and firepits looking out over the water.&nbsp;We ate at a BBQ restaurant and then walked around the pond and sat down in two of the Adirondack chairs to talk.&nbsp;We talked and laughed and lost track of time until a security person rode by on a golf cart and shined a flashlight our direction.&nbsp;We had no idea that the restaurants had all closed for the night and that it was already after midnight!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;That is how we began, and we haven’t slowed down since!&nbsp;We have found in each other true friendship, a playmate, and love that keeps on growing!&nbsp; Praise God for His faithfulness to us! We've recreated our first date a few times since. Below are a couple of pictures of us going back to Granite Park.

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Courtyard Marriott that is just a block or two from the wedding chapel. There is even a shuttle that will take you back and forth. Any special requests can also be made by calling. Check in is at 3PM and check out is 12 PM.
