At The Swan Hotel In The Cotswold, Bibury , Cirencester , England.

Hotel rooms have been reserved at the Swan Hotel for our guests to reserve and book under Louden-Ecton Wedding.

What Is The Dress Code?

Our Monday evening welcome event is dressy casual attire.

Our Tuesday wedding day is cocktail dress- coat and tie for gents, dresses for ladies.

Are Kids Welcome?

All of our wedding activities are adult-only events.

Thank you for making alternate arrangements for your children so you can celebrate with us!

Can I Bring A Guest?

We have chosen to have a small intimate wedding, and have finalized our numbers based on RSVPs.

We cannot accommodate any additional guests.

Do I Get To Choose My Dinner?

Dinner is a set menu with multiple courses. While there are no choices, we are able to accommodate any dietary restriction, such as vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free meals. Just let us know when you RSVP.

Will There Be Food At The Welcome Party?

Yes! There will be a selection of English hors d'oeuvres and desserts, along with beer and wine.

We suggest that you have dinner first at your own leisure if you are hungry before the welcome party.
