Adjust dates as needed. Wedding guests can stay Friday (10/17) and Saturday (10/18) or just Saturday night. Website will default to Friday Check-in.

Must use room block code/book rooms by 8/17/2025! Call if need assistance booking. We are monitoring the room block to add more if needed.

There will be a shuttle to and from venue (10ish min drive)

Best off to call hotel and mention our wedding block or text us for the link. It does not transfer to this site well.

When get the link, it should send to dates and rates for our block. It will default to 2 nights starting Friday. At top, update night to one night then should have option to select just Saturday 10/18 for one night. Can also call the hotel and ask for Burns Wedding rates (should be $179).

We have mix of king beds with pull out sofa bed and double queen bed rooms.

Note that we found out our wedding weekend is also a college parents weekend so hotels are booking fast outside of the room blocks. We already had our first block full and have 15 rooms in this room block. Feel free to pair up for rooms or book early to guarantee getting a discounted rate in the room block and having an available room. Must book by 9/17/2025 for special rates.

Right now we do NOT have a shuttle service for this hotel. We are looking into it but don’t rely on one. It is about a 15 minute drive to the venue from this hotel.
