Our story is quite unique, You see before we met we were actually in the same place at the same time twice before we even knew who each other was. the first time was at a car show in the summer of 2024 and Scott was there with his Amvets group with their Army truck and I stopped over and said nice truck and then went back to my table at the car show. One of their Amvets came over to ask if I would set up a table at their post for the fundraiser they were having at the end of June. Now mind you I believe the universe works in mysterious ways because I worked that fundraiser and Scott was standing IN front of me the whole time and didn't come over to the table. My best friend told me to get back in the dating world after a blindside breakup and I took a leap into Facebook dating and the first person to message me was Scott. I noticed his patch on his vest and messaged him back stating that I was at his post working an event and he said no you weren't I assured him I did and what did Scott do he took screen shots of my pictures and sent them to all his Amvet friends asking if I was at the event and they all laughed and said yeah dude she was here working it. We set up a dinner date on July 11th 2024 and literally have been together ever since. and now we are getting married November 14th 2026!!! So thank you Facebook dating! He truly is my best friend and the love of my life!
