Our Wedding

Liz and Ryan first "swiped right", realized they had a lot of the same fitness-oriented interests in common and decided they had to meet each other. Their first date was at Gaslight in Lincoln Park where they really hit it off, so much that Liz invited Ryan out afterwards to meet up with some of her girlfriends on their very first date! Ryan must not have been too overwhelmed because the rest is history :)

Saturday: The Big Day!

We will be getting married at St. Clement Church in Lincoln Park at 3pm. The reception will follow at 5pm at Artifact Events (south entrance) in Ravenswood. Transportation will be provided to the reception immediately following the ceremony. Sunday: Day After Brunch

Please join us at 10:30 am for a light breakfast at our apartment's party room the day after the wedding to rehash the night! The breakfast will be located at 1150 N. Please meet us at St. Clement Church on your own for the ceremony (taxis and Ubers are a great option!). Transportation will then be provided from St. Clement to the reception at Artifact Events and back to The Godfrey Hotel at the end of the night where the party will continue around the corner at The Kerryman!

Take the elevator all the way to the top of the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel and you'll find one of the best views of the city and lake! Cindy's has incredible cocktails as well and is an anniversary favorite for us!

No need to pay to go to the top of the John Hancock or the Sears! Grab a drink at the Signature Room (in the John Hancock, Chicago's 2nd tallest building) and get a great view of the city! Pro tip: the best views are actually from the women's bathroom!

It wouldn't be our wedding weekend if we didn't include somewhere to workout :) This studio will blow your mind and it's just around the corner from the hotel! We love taking their cycle classes on the Peloton bike and they also have yoga and high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes. You can't go wrong with any of these! Grab a smoothie after class for a real treat!

Incredible flowers and incredible memories! A bit of a hike outside of the city (take the green line el train and it drops you off in front) but check out this conservatory to see where we got engaged :)

Take a stroll through the park and check out some furry friends! Best part? The zoo is free to get into!

Lincoln Park Zoo

The Conservatory is right by the zoo and one of our favorite places to visit! The spring showroom is INCREDIBLE - you don't want to miss it!
