We first met at our future wedding venue, Westminster Woods, which we visited for Summer Camp at ages 15 and 16. We were randomly paired up together for the annual High School Camp Hoedown.

We started dating at 19 and 20 years old while working at summer camp together and after being friends for a year. We were the camp photographers that year.

We began a long distance relationship while Luke was in undergrad at Sonoma State and Liz went to UNR. We had lots of fun visiting each other on the weekends.

For our 1.5 year anniversary, we did our first "travel" to Disneyland.

During Covid we were able to spend a lot more time with each other and more time getting to know each other's families. We did online college for most of this year.

2021 was the year we were waiting for. Luke graduated with a bachelors in Biology, and Liz graduated with a bachelors in Psychology-Behavior Analysis. We ended our long-distance by moving in together in the summer of 2021 in the area we met.

For a short time after moving in together we also worked together. We were Zipline guides over the summer, as well as working at summer camp once again.

Another Disney trip, two years older. Around this time Liz began a master's program while working, and Luke was working as an Outdoor Ed teacher.

We did our first international trip together to Mexico with family.

During this time we had been living at Westminster Woods since Luke worked there, and Luke got into a Master's program at Chico State. Since Lizzy's master's program was online, we planned to move to Chico after being the two Coordinators at summer camp together in 2023.

We got our first pet Mister, who we adore.

We did our first international trip with just us to Costa Rica. We went scuba diving, visited a waterfall, went ziplining, enjoyed the beach, and so much more.

Luke proposed at the most beautiful sunset and with the most beautiful ring, and Liz said yes!

In August we visited Bali together with family. We went scuba diving again, river rafting, visited cultural spots, and much more. Before this, Liz graduated with her masters and got certified as a BCBA (Behavior Analyst for kids with autism).
