Our wedding ceremony is outside at Joy Ranch, located on the outskirts of Watertown. Please dress accordingly and bring an umbrella in case of rain!

Our wedding reception will be inside at the Ramkota Hotel/Event Center in Watertown.

We will have signs and people directing you where to park, but there is a parking lot and a field where guests will be directed to park right by the ceremony spot. There will be golf carts picking up people from their vehicles if you need assistance.

At the reception, we ask that you please park in the back parking lot at the Ramkota Hotel/Event Center. You can enter in from the back door and it will lead you right to the reception hall where our reception is taking place. You can also park in the front parking lot by the Ramkota Hotel entrance, and enter in through the Ramkota Hotel entrance. If possible, please do not park in front of the front Event Center entrance as there is another wedding reception taking place in that part of the building.

Yes! Please leave your vehicle in the parking lot if need be. If you are utilizing the shuttle service we are providing or are using another safe ride option, please feel free to leave your vehicle overnight. If you are using the shuttle bus service, we encourage you to carpool with others staying with you so that you have a vehicle in the morning to take your friends back to their vehicle at the reception venue!

Yes, we have reserved blocks of hotel rooms at the Ramkota Hotel (where the reception is being held), Holiday Inn & Suites, Hampton Inn & Suites, Quality Inn & Suites, and the Country Inn & Suites in Watertown. There are different price points at each of these hotels to accommodate all guests. Additionally, there are various Airbnb's, Vrbo's, and campgrounds you can book for the night/weekend.

Yes, there will be a shuttle bus to take guests to their hotel, AirBnb, house (in Watertown), starting at 11 PM to 2 AM. There will not be a shuttle bus taking guests to the ceremony or reception venues, so please plan accordingly.

Yes, we are allowing children to come and celebrate!

Dressy casual attire! If you want to wear formal wear, go for it! If not, dressy casual is perfect!

Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow our usher's to seat you.

There will be a small time gap between the ceremony and reception. The ceremony will end at approximately 3:30 PM, and the reception will start at approximately 4:30 PM. Please allow for a 15-20-minute drive from Joy Ranch to the Ramkota Hotel/Event Center.

Our wedding reception cocktail hour will start at 4:30 PM. Our DJ will be running the sound at the ceremony and at the reception, so we are allowing him an ample amount of time to pack up his equipment at Joy Ranch and arrive to the Ramkota Hotel/Event Center with time to set up for the reception. The wedding party will arrive at the reception at 5:45pm and dinner will be served after arrival at 6:00pm.

Our wedding dance will start at approximately 8:00 PM and will end at 1:00 AM. We have to be out of the reception hall by 1:30 AM at the latest. Bring your dancing shoes and be ready to have a fun night!

Yes! We understand that some of our guests have gluten restrictions, and we have ensured that there are gluten free options on the buffet and those options will be indicated on the buffet.
