The ceremony and reception will be held on-site at Gardencourt, located at the Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. The ceremony will be held in Caldwell Chapel, and the reception will take place inside Gardencourt Mansion. Due to Caldwell Chapel's location on-site, guests will only have to walk a short distance to the mansion after the wedding ceremony concludes. Address: 1044 Alta Vista Rd, Louisville, KY

If you choose to drive to the venue, there is a large parking lot located next to Gardencourt Mansion. Although unlikely, if the parking lot is full by the time of your arrival, there is additional parking throughout the seminary. Parking is free! If you choose to stay in a hotel or live in the area and do not want to drive, you are welcome to Uber or Lyft to the venue.

The wedding ceremony will begin precisely at 5:30 pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and get settled. At 5:30, the doors will be closed and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter. If you happen to arrive later than expected, do not stress! Please join us for the reception at Gardencourt Mansion.

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting that you dress in cocktail attire for the wedding and reception. Please avoid wearing white, cream, or ivory colored attire out of respect for the bride! Please feel free to reference the guidelines provided if need be!

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is/will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

If we do not receive an RSVP back by the date provided, you will be marked as "not attending". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we are required to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner. Unfortunately, with that being said, if you do not RSVP by the date provided, we cannot account for you to be in attendance. We hope that you understand! Please make sure to RSVP!

We love your little ones! However, children are permitted to attend only if their name is included on your invitation! If their names are not listed on the invitation, we ask that you join us for a fun night out without the kiddos! We hope that you understand as we can only accommodate for those listed specifically on your invitation.

Yes! Two bars will be located and in-service at the reception. There will be a selection of beer, wine, and seltzers for you to enjoy on us! There will also be a selection of non-alcoholic beverages including water, tea, and lemonade. As always, please accommodate for transportation in the event that you have a little too much fun! :)
