How and when do I need to RSVP?
You may RSVP by April 5, 2025 on our website here after receiving our invitation (to follow the save the date) so we can plan for you! If you have difficulty, you can email the bride and groom at rlbrickwedding@gmail.com with your RSVP.
Do I need to bring a gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the best gift! If you wish to honor us with a gift, we have set up a registry at Target, Crate & Barrel, and Williams Sonoma.
What is the attire for our wedding?
Semi-formal or cocktail attire is appropriate - spring colors and florals if you have them!
For ladies: a dress anywhere from floor to knee length is common, a dressy blouse pants/skirt or pantsuit is also acceptable.
For men: a suit and tie or dress pants and button up is common. Please refrain from jeans
How do I get to wedding events?
We will have transportation from hotel blocks to the venue.
Parking is available at the Wexford at Emerald Greens. It is our understanding plans should be made to empty the parking lot at the end of the event, however any cars left overnight for safety reasons will not be towed but should be picked up the next morning.
Are there hotel rooms reserved?
See our travel page! We have 3 hotel room blocks near the Mall of America in Bloomington.
Are the ceremony and reception spaces accessible?
Yes! It was important to us when choosing a venue that it would be accessible to all of our guests. Ceremony and reception spaces are ADA compliant and there will be a golf cart for transport to the ceremony space should you need it as well.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
We are planning to have our ceremony outdoors!
If Minnesota weather is less than ideal, the ceremony will still be at the Wexford. Please plan for Minnesota wind, light showers, humidity, or cold spells while planning your wardrobe :)
The average temperature around May 10 in Minnesota is a low of 48F and high of 68F with the hottest part of the day around 4:30PM.
Are my children invited? Is a plus one allowed?
We would love to celebrate with everyone, however we have planned our wedding food, venue layout, and details to include a certain number of guests. To allow all of our guests, including parents, a night of fun and relaxation, we respectfully ask to keep to the number of guests on the invitation.
What's for dinner? What if I have food allergies?
Please let us know about any allergies when you RSVP for the wedding!
Appetizers: white, wheat, or cranberry wild rice rolls (let us know if you need gluten free!), berry blend salad (almonds, and berries with raspberry poppyseed dressing)
Sides:
*Minnesota wild rice blend with dried cranberries, green onions, mushrooms, almonds
*Green beans amandine - with red peppers, onions, almonds
*Garlic mashed potatoes - butter, cream, roasted garlic
