Our first coffee after landing in Iceland to help Matt carry out his secret proposal plan! Matt and Logan have been friends since high school and we were on the same track team at ACS Hillingdon, but we became friends with each other on this trip.

We had the best trip together in Iceland and after that we kept in touch and started talking everyday!

We went on a trip to New York City together and started dating.

Logan surprised me for my commissioning into the Navy on the U.S.S. Constitution. He has always been supportive of my dream to become a navy Nurse.

We spend an early Thanksgiving together with family before Sarah reports to her duty station in Okinawa Japan.

After six months apart, Logan was able to visit Japan for Easter! This is the first photo we took together on our new camera.

We were able to spend just a week together in April exploring Okinawa, but after six months apart it made all the difference! We couldn't have been happier.

Logan is able to come back to Japan for the summer and work remotely! We explored Tokyo and Kyoto together making lots of Japan memories including surviving typhoon Kahnun and Logan getting mono (from Sarah) together.

Another four months apart, we keep in touch with FaceTime and letters though talking every single day! Sarah spends her time climbing Mt. Fuji and entertaining Cassie around Japan, and Logan takes a road trip up the East Coast.

Logan is able to come for one week at Christmas time and we were able to start the New Year off together at a fancy New Years Party in Tokyo!

After just a couple months apart, we are together again in Japan! Logan returns for a few months (with a few surprises planned) and we visit Osaka and Kyoto again during Sakura!

We're engaged! Logan helped coordinate a secret visit from Sarah's family to Japan and we all had a wonderful weekend together where right at the end Logan popped the question!

Its time to say goodbye again for another six months, but we spend out last week together visiting our favorite Japanese restaurants and visiting Miyakojima Island!

Sarah comes home from Japan and we are back together again for good! We enjoy a month filled with family and friends, meeting our godson, and spending Thanksgiving at home before moving to Virginia together! Right now we are navigating a new area to call home, a new job position for Sarah, and of course the adventures of wedding planning!
