Our Honored Guests,
We hope that you will be able to celebrate with us on our special day! We understand that many of you will have questions, and we hope our website provides a basic guide for the day of. We have compiled a list of answers to questions you may have and hope that you find these details helpful. If you have a more specific questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. We look forward to seeing you all there!
What time is the ceremony?
Our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 3 pm, October 10th, at Kay Chapel in Newport Rhode Island.
What time is the reception?
Our reception will begin at 5 pm, October 10th, at Ochre Court Newport Rhode Island. The party will end at 10 pm.
What is the dress code?
Formal, black tie optional. Since the wedding is in October we recommend brining a jacket in case the temperature drops in the evening. Newport is located on coast and may have a chilly breeze!
Whats on the menu?
Cocktail hour from 5 till 6pm accompanied with an antipasto display and passed hors d'oeuvres. Entree options include Surf & Turf: Filet Mignon served with Jumbo Stuffed Shrimp or Vegetarian Eggplant Rollatini. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions please let us know.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We kindly request that during the ceremony phones be turned off and you sit back, relax, and enjoy the wedding while our photographer, Stephanie, captures the moment! Please take as many pictures as your heart desires at the reception!
Will transportation be provided from the wedding to the reception?
At this time we are only arranging transportation for the members of the wedding party from the chapel to the reception. Kay Chapel has limited parking so plan for ample time to arrive at the wedding. There is a considerable break between the ceremony and the reception for you to make the short trip to Ochre Court. Ochre court has more parking opportunities.
Are we accepting RSVP's?
Yes! You can RSVP from our save the date link or wait for your formal paper invitation in 2025. All RSVPs can be made on our website by searching your name.
Are we accepting gifts?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you feel inclined to give us a gift we will have a honeymoon fund that you can gift through on our website. We will also have a card box and table at our reception.
Where will updates be posted?
Wedding updates and itinerary will be posted here on our website.
