Please RSVP by May 15, 2026 so we can give our vendors a final count! We cannot wait to celebrate and share this big moment with you all!

Please mark if you will be utilizing the shuttle services from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony from 3 pm to 4:30 pm on your RSVP, there will be a shuttle every 20 minutes.

Our late afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the gazebo if weather permits. If the weather is not ideal, the ceremony will be held inside where the reception is located.

Cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors located at The Hub at Village Square following the ceremony.

Please mark if you will be utilizing the shuttle services from the venue to the hotel after the reception from 9 pm to 12:15 am on your RSVP, there will be a shuttle every 40 minutes.
