Where is the Ceremony Located?

Our late afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the gazebo if weather permits, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors located at The Hub at Village Square (AC provided). If weather is not ideal, the ceremony will be held inside where the reception is located.

What's the dress code?

We kindly ask guests to dress in cocktail attire for our celebration. Think “fancy enough for a wedding, comfy enough to dance like nobody’s watching."


For women: Dresses, jumpsuits, or elegant separates.

For men: Suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt and blazor (ties optional but welcomed).


Please no jeans or athletic wear! The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be indoors, so consider comfort for the weather and walking surfaces.

Can I bring a plus one?

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Are Kids invited?

While we love your littles ones, this is strictly a 16 and older occasion with an exception to those in the bridal party and immediate family members.

Is Transportation provided?

Yes, the bride and groom want everyone to travel safely and have a great night. A shuttle will be provided and travel from the hotel to the wedding venue and back that night. We will be offering shuttle services for our wedding starting at 3 pm. There will be a shuttle every 20 minutes till our 4:30 ceremony time. Shuttles will then restart around 9 pm back to the hotel every half an hour until 12 am will be the last shuttle.

Is there parking?

Yes there is a parking lot behind the venue and street parking! But if you’re planning on enjoying the open bar (please do), we highly recommend the shuttle.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Consider it our way of ensuring the dance floor is never empty and your moves are always extra impressive. Please utilize the shuttle if you are going to drink. We want to make sure all of our friends and family make it back safely!

What is the best airport to use?

For our out-of-town guests, the closest and most convenient airport is John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH), located about 1 hour from Crestline, Ohio. It offers a wide range of flights and easy access to rental cars, ride-shares, and shuttles.


If Columbus doesn’t work for your travel plans, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is another great option—also about 1 to 1.5 hours from Crestline by car.

Driving: Both airports offer rental cars and ride-share options.

Parking: Free parking is available at the venue and hotel.


We recommend booking flights early to get the best fares. Feel free to reach out if you need help coordinating travel—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Where should I stay?

We’ve reserved room blocks at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites andThe Quality Inn in Bucyrus, OH. The shuttle will be providing transportation to and from this location. Our Code is LBW for the Lamalie/Biddle Wedding. You can use the link below to book online. For the Quality Inn, you can call the hotel directly to book at (419) 561-4987 or use the link below. We have rooms reserved both Friday night (06/26/2026) and Saturday night (06/27/2026) for any of those looking to stay and utilize the shuttle.
