All RSVPs are due March 1st. Unfortunately, if you RSVP past this deadline, the couple may not be able to accommodate you at the event.

We are asking guests to wear "Garden Party Formal." For ladies, this means light-colored dresses tea-length or longer. Florals are welcomed and encouraged. For the gentlemen this means, lighter colored suits with ties welcomed. Linen is welcomed.

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children under the age of 10. The bride and groom will be putting together a list of reputable child care in the area for out-of-town parents.

Please arrive 30 minutes early (arrive by 4:30pm). If you desire to arrive earlier, the venue is in a nice shopping area with boutiques and coffee shops (Reynolda Village: https://www.reynoldavillage.com/).

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We look forward to celebrating with you soon!

There should be ample parking onsite at Reynolda Gardens.

The ceremony venue is located across the parking lot from the reception venue! We will be walking to the reception from the venue.

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors. If it is drizzling, the ceremony will be held outdoors with umbrellas. If it is pouring, the ceremony will be relocated to the reception venue.

In order to give guests options for booking hotels, we selected a few hotels that are near the venue with rooms starting at ~$100 (See travel tab). There is no room block so feel free to book a room in whichever hotel best suits your budget and preference! Hotels are listed in order from most expensive to least expensive on our website.

There are four airports within 2 hours of the venue. Greensboro (GSO) is the closest. Please see the "travel" tab for more information. We recommend comparing prices for flying into the various airports as these can largely vary.

We will be serving wine, beer, signature cocktails, signature mocktail, tea, and water.
