Since it will be late June and likely rather hot, we want you to be comfortable. The dress code for the Welcome Party is casual. For Saturday, we ask that you dress in cocktail attire. Yes! We would love it if you could attend our Welcome Party on Friday night and Reception Saturday. As of now, the plan is to go bar hopping after the Welcome Party. We will also be having an After-Party following the Reception dinner with music and games. If you have a game you would like to bring, please do!

Short answer -- Yes! Friday, we will have wine, local beer, and a make-your-own-drink bar. If there is something you really want, be sure to let us know! We will also have a mocktail option and soda. Saturday, we will have an open bar with pre-selected wine, beer and cocktail options. A selection of coffee and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.

Since we are getting married at a restaurant, we will not have a full menu until they finalize their summer menu sometime in April. However, the protein options will be chicken, fish, or beef. Each option will also be served with a salad, bread, and dessert. Festivities will begin at 5:15, though we ask that you arrive at 5 to have time to find a seat before the beginning of the ceremony. The short ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour, seated dinner, and time at Mon Càve Wine Bar.

Yes! We have a block of 10 rooms at The Peregrine Omaha Downtown. See the "Travel" page for more info! Whether you book in the block or not, we recommend staying downtown near the Old Market as that is where all of the festivities will be taking place and Ubers in Omaha can be expensive on weekends.

Omaha is very car-dependent, but if you are staying downtown you can walk pretty much everywhere we are celebrating at. Ridesharing apps are also available, should you want to leave the downtown area. Unless you plan on travelling outside of the city, you likely don't need one.

It is generally very hot and humid in Omaha during the summer. That being said, the midwest can often have unpredictable weather. We recommend checking the weather frequently before leaving for the most accurate forecast. All events are being held inside, so you don't need to worry about dressing for the outdoors.
