WHAT IS INCLUDED? Just about everything!&nbsp;Food: All meals, snacks and beverages (and libations). The resort has 12 restaurants, 1 coffee/dessert bar, and 15 bars. PASSPORTSEvery guest must have a valid passport to travel from the US to Mexico, and it must be valid for the entire length of stay. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay. If you do not have a passport, please click&nbsp;<a href="https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">HERE</a>&nbsp;to apply or renew your passport. This must be done ASAP as we are less than 60 days away until our wedding!

FLIGHTSOur wedding is on Friday, June 6, 2025. Please be sure to book your flight to arrive at least a day before. Check the EVENTS tab for a list of events to plan your trip accordingly. The airport to fly into is the Cancún International Airport (CUN). The resort, Finest Playa Mujeres, is approximately 30 minutes north of CUN. *If you book an early flight and arrive before the check-in time, you can use all the resort amenities (enjoying the beach, pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). We suggest having your swimwear or other vacation necessities easily accessible when you arrive to take advantage of the resort amenities. The reception area will hold your luggage while you wait for check-in.

WHEN IS THE LAST DAY I CAN MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION?The last day to book with the discounted rate or make any modifications to your reservation is&nbsp;April 1st, 2025. Any modifications after&nbsp;April 1st, 2025&nbsp;will cancel your current reservation and will automatically be rebooked at the current resort rates, which will be much higher.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?Make sure your card on file has not expired&nbsp;as your card on file will be charged ~30 days before your arrival. Your reservation will be&nbsp;canceled&nbsp;if your payment is declined due to your card on file being expired.&nbsp;To avoid the risk of cancellation due to a credit card company flagging the charge as fraud, you can call the customer service line before the thirty days and have your card charged to be sure it goes through.

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE RESORT?Resort Policy: All wedding guests must stay at the resort. We'd love for you to stay and celebrate a long weekend with us, but ultimately you can choose how short or long your stay will be at Finest Playa Mujeres (the resort requires a minimum of 3 nights stay). WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE RESORT?Our wedding is on&nbsp;FRIDAY, JUNE 6TH, 2025Please plan to arrive at least by Thursday, June 5th at 3:00 PM. Please take into consideration the possibility of flight delays or flight cancellations when booking flights. We'd hate for you to miss out on celebrating with us! DO I NEED TO TIP?Your resort fee has built-in tips for the staff, so you are not obligated to tip the staff. However, if you feel your server/bartender/etc. has delivered exceptional service, then absolutely feel free to tip at your discretion!

CAN I BOOK THE NON-REFUNDABLE OPTION?Yes you can, but be advised that (1) you will not receive any money back if you need to cancel for any reason, (2) you will not be able to modify your reservation at all and (3) you will be charged the full amount at the time of booking.We are asking all of our guests to use our Promo Code&nbsp;MSWJUN25FPM&nbsp;and book the&nbsp;EVENTS RATE&nbsp;option because it will include free cancellation up until 24 hours from arrival and free transportation to/from the airport.
