The Sugar Loaf mountain has one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the city. Due to the long lines, it's recommended that tickets be purchased online in advance.

One of the most iconic beaches in the world, Ipanema Beach has been immortalized in music, film, and literature. It is also connected to the beautiful Leblon beach. We recommend enjoying the sunset at Apoador (the far edge of Ipanema) where paddle boards can be rented.

Despite being short, this is one of Lorenza's favorite hikes in the city. The trail is filled with one of Rio's cutest residents, the Sagui Mico monkey, and has one of the best views of the city. Museu do Amanha is one of Rio's newest museums it's a great place to learn about science and enjoy the view. You can also catch a glimpse of our wedding venue when looking out at the Baía de Guanabara.

One of the city's best malls, Shopping Leblon is home to many of Brazil's best local brands. It's a great place to spend an afternoon shopping and also has several restaurant options inside.

Petropolis, also known as the imperial city, is where the royal family settled when they moved to Rio de Janeiro. The climate was much more temperate so they chose to settle in the mountains one hour outside of the city.
