When do we need to RSVP by?
We ask our guests to RSVP by June 1st. This will allow us some time to get a head count and prepare for the correct amount of guests!
Is the ceremony inside or outside?
The ceremony will be outside, reception inside, weather permitting.
When should I arrive?
We ask that our guests arrive 15 to 20 minutes early.
Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Yes! Both ceremony and reception will be held at Pine Meadows Venue in Willow Springs, Mo. Ceremony begins at 5:00 p.m and the reception will follow inside.
Will there be any alcoholic beverages served?
Yes, there will be a cash bar serving drinks at the reception starting at 6:30 p.m. Pine Meadows asks that you do not bring in any outside drinks. Please be safe and arrange for a ride home if needed!
Will there be any non-alcoholic beverages served?
Yes, there will be lemonade, sweet & unsweet tea, soda, and water provided.
What should I wear?
We are asking our guests to wear semi formal!
Can we take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly ask our guests to keep phones and/or other electronic devices on silent and put away during the ceremony.
Are there any hotels in the area?
Yes! We have blocked rooms in the Comfort Inn and Cactus Inn in Mountain Grove for Friday June 21st through Sunday June 23rd!
