Originally wed on March 12, 2016, we, Luis &amp; Rhonda Pimber, became ONE. We look forward to celebrating our 10 year anniversary with our closest friends and family. Life is all about new experiences so we made the decision to renew our vows to celebrate our on-going love for one another in a small village in Italy called Petritoli. Why not stay in a castle and get married in a medievel village while enjoying the company of our closest friends and family with love and laughter at Palazzo Mannocchi?? With its magnificent scenery and Italy's temperate climate you will understand why&nbsp;for hundreds of years , royalty and other wealthy families built their palaces here. THE BEACH!!!The well known seaside beach resort of Porto San Giorgio is just 18 km from Petritoli a 20 minute drive.Le Marche boasts one of the highest number of Blue Flag beaches of any region in Italy (Blue Flag means award winning-high quality). Porto San Giorgio- the seaside resort town was once the ancient port for the inland city of Fermo is now a pleasant seaside resort with a small working port it owes some of its charm to a few fine examples of the Liberty Style architecture that was much in vogue in the smarter seaside resorts across Italy at the turn of the 19thC. It's 13thC fortress, built by Lorenzo Tiepolo, later Doge of Venice, stands close by the town's central square. But the town's main attractions are its fish and its attractive beaches. There are plenty of moderately priced restaurants serving brodetto (the Marche fish stew) to choose from. Enjoy!The alluring hill town of Fermo is the capital of the newly-created province of Fermo which PETRITOLI is part of and boasts a fine historic centre. FREE DAY ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE The Village of Petritoli is waiting to be discovered by you. Small but mighty with several restaurants, bakeries, gelato bar, coffee bars, theatre, grocery stores and so much more. The Palazzo boasts 2 pools overlooking the Italian Countryside in a peaceful and magical setting along with 2 jacuzzi's and a sauna with many serene sitting areas to enjoy throughout your stay. Horse racing, beer tasting, cooking lessons, quad biking, kayaking, hot air balloon outings, trekking, spa outings and many more activities can be suggested at an additional cost organized by turis.marche during your stay.&nbsp;Closer to the time we will offer more details on a number of activities we will propose for the week like wine tasting, beer tasting and truffle hunting! You’ll have an option to opt-in and if we get the minimum numbers interested, we will book via TuRis.Marche. SHOPPING (ATTENTION LADIES!! LOL)&nbsp;Attention ladies! (If your husbands ask, I didn't tell you this but.......) Although there are many villages and towns around Petritoli to shop in, there is a famous brand factory outlets nearby of shoes, bags and accessories from factories such as Prada, Tods, Paciotti, and many more is just 15km away.Gorgeous handbags and shoes with great discounts!&nbsp;I am told the Prada 'back-room' factory store has some amazing deals! A couple of notes below on logistics to help you pack, get some background on the place and prepare to have the best of time! First things first: Don’t forget your passports/ driving license/ travel docs! (#youknowwhoyouare!). If you usually buy travel / holiday insurance, please activate your policy within 1 month minimum of travel.&nbsp;As you know the Palazzo is hired entirely by Pimber and I for our wedding party. This is done on a self-catering basis. Pimber and I will stock the 7 shared kitchens with essentials (sugar, milk, tea, coffee, ice).&nbsp;The Palazzo is formed of 4 separate (adjoined) buildings with their own separate entrance. The walls surround the old village of Petritoli like a fortress. You will often not know which part of the building is part of the Palazzo vs an Italian momma’s house, a coffee shop or a traditional restaurant hidden in the cellars!&nbsp;A Breakfast/Brunch will be included daily along with Dinner to include wine and soft drinks every evening. The 4 buildings which form part of the Palazzo shall be named:&nbsp;1. The Main House (this is the oldest part of the palazzo and the largest building of the 4.)2. The Pool house3. The Small house4. The Annex5. BelvedereI know I said 4 buildings - right? The Pool House and the Small House are in essence the same building (semi-detached, with no inter-connectivity).The Annex adjoins the small house and is by far the safest building for young children. (we will accommodate as best as we can based on dates deposits received. )It is important to note that this is a very old building, with parts of the Palazzo dating back to the 15th century. It is full of history and character. This also means many hidden holes, uneven steps (LOTS of steps!!) and unconventional rooming/ bedrooms setup with creaky old doors.....don’t forget you’re in Italy!&nbsp;In order to help our guests navigate the rooms and the various areas we will provide a floor plan of the Palazzo and a map of local points of interest.The Palazzo has several terraces for entertaining and chilling and there are&nbsp;many green areas outside of old town of Petritoli for walking, just a 5-10 mins stroll away. EUROS: Petritoli is a small town and it is mostly 'cash' based. The town has 1 cash machine which can give 200 EURO out per day per card. Please plan for this. As you know, the local owners prefer euro cash payment- it might be more cost effective for you to buy euros before you travel to take advantage of best rates, especially if you’re looking to hit Prada!There is a large supermarket/ hypermarket 15 mins drive and another not much further. We will plan regular trips to the supermarket and those guests not renting a car are welcome to come along with us (and likely other guests with cars) to stock up on supplies, preferred alcohol, snacks etc. There is a small mall just 15 mins drive also, attached to one of the hypermarkets. Fun alert!Pimber and I will be hosting many games every morning throughout the week- all i can say is be ready for anything :) THIS SECTION HELPS YOU PACK!Palazzo services and SUPPLIES.Pimber and I will stock the kitchens with essentials (sugar, milk, tea, coffee, ice.)The bathrooms will be stocked with essential hand soaps. There are no shampoos, conditioners, shower gels. There are no hair driers so please bring your own.There will be 1 large towel available per person. The towels will be replaced Tuesday and Thursday morning with fresh ones. However I recommend you bring 1 additional towel and possibly a beach/pool towel.&nbsp;All bathrooms will be cleaned every day between Monday and Friday and the bins will be emptied. Please ensure all rubbish is left in the kitchens for collection, the cleaner will not access your bedrooms (unless required to get to a bathroom). The sheets will not be changed. There are 3 washers in the Palazzo but no such thing as a dryer as everything is hung.
