For your convenience, the Hard Rock Resort is offering multiple add-ins, such as flight booking, transportation, etc. through the booking portal. These add-ins are not obligatory and can be selected up till the time of making the final payment. If you have the option to book them separately (eg. some airlines offer ticket and transportation bundles) you are more than welcome to do so.

To confirm your attendance, kindly read through the information below and complete your booking, including a $200 per room deposit. The suggested stay is November 10-15, 2024.

We understand that taking time off can be challenging, and for those unable to attend for the entire duration, there is an option for November 12 to 15, 2024. Additionally, you have the flexibility to extend your travels and turn this into an extended vacation. The discounted room rates for the wedding group only apply from November 10, 2024 through November 18th, 2024. Guests arriving before November 10, 2024 will be subjected to less favorable rates than the ones mentioned above. Hence, please specify the EXACT arrival and departure dates through the booking portal.

We plan to stay until the weekend following the wedding and would love for you to join us for the extended stay. Your presence would add to the joy of our celebration.

IMPORTANT DATES & DETAILS

- It is imperative that ALL GUESTS reserve their rooms through the dedicated page to be part of the wedding festivities.

- Please confirm your booking by placing your $200 per room (refundable up till August 11, 2024).

- Guests arriving before November 10, 2024 will be subjected to less favorable rates than the ones mentioned above.

- The discounted room rates for the wedding group only apply from November 10, 2024 through November 18th, 2024.

- The All-Inclusive room rate for each child (age 4-12 years) per night is $25, irrespective of the room type.

- August 4, 2024: Final payment of your remaining balance will be due August 4, 2024.

- Make sure that you have a current passport and/or visa and it does not expire until at least six months after departure.

- Any cancellation after August 11, 2024 to September 10, 2024 is subject to loss of deposit.

- Any cancellation after September 10, 2024 to October 10, 2024 is subject to 50% full payment penalty.

- Any cancellation after October 11, 2024 is subject to 100% full payment penalty.
