Everything will be centrally located at Gardencourt Louisville Seminary. Our Ceremony will take place outside in the gardens followed by cocktail hour, and our reception will take place inside Gardencourt's Hundley Hall.

We want you to wear whatever makes you comfortable and whatever makes you feel your best! It will be warm so we suggest lighter fabrics. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses or floor length dresses while men should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

We ask that you please RSVP by April 30th so that we are able to notify our vendors of our final headcount and so we can get excited about seeing you specifically!

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

We recommend that you arrive forty-five minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, we ask that you please remain in Gardencourt's building as to not disrupt the ceremony in progress.

Because we are having a later ceremony, we will be providing heavy hors d'oeuvres rather than a formal meal. There will be a wide assortment of delicious foods provided by our caterers so don’t worry, you won't be going hungry!

Because our beautiful venue has limited capacity, unless specified on your formal invitation we can sadly only accommodate the guests listed.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.
