What should I expect for the ceremony and reception?

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00pm and will be an unplugged ceremony; we ask that you live in the moment with us and keep phones and cameras put away until after the ceremony. Immediately following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour with some hors d'oeuvres and an open bar while the bride and groom take photos. There will be both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We will then join for the reception celebration! There will be just a few speeches, traditional dances, a sit-down dinner with entree choice, cake, dancing, late night snacks, and then our send off will be around 9:30pm! Our ceremony and reception will be indoor; however there is also a beautiful lawn area should you need some fresh air!

What time should I arrive?

Please be in the venue at least 10-15 minutes before 4:00pm, and in your seat at least 5 minutes before 4:00pm. If you arrive at (or after) 4:00pm, you may not be let in the ceremony room. This is just to ensure that we stay on our timeline.

Where do I park?

There is a parking lot at the venue that is about a 1-2 minute walk away! There should be plenty of parking.

When do I need to RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website on, or before, September 14th, 2024. One person will RSVP for their entire party. You will be able to let us know what event(s) you are attending and your meal choices for each person on the invitation.

Can we add someone to our RSVP?

Unfortunately we have very limited space at our venue and will only be able to accommodate guests on the invitation.

What is the attire?

We are requesting that guests wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress (or longer if you choose, whatever makes you comfy), dressy separates, or a suit and tie. Please dress to impress! We ask that there are no hats.

What if I have a food allergy?

We will have an option for a menu item that is free of the most common allergens. These dishes are made first before other dishes and we were assured that there is no possibility of cross contamination. The dish will have a description of what allergens it is free of on the RSVP; if you have an allergy that is not listed, please reach out to us and we will check with our venue as we want everyone to be safe!

Is the cake gluten free?

Unfortunately we do not have a gluten free dessert/cake option. We apologize! Our wedding favor will be gluten-free, however, is NOT made in a nut-free or sesame-free facility.

What is transportation like?

The venue is pretty remote and is not directly in Denton. I would imagine that there is Uber available as Denton is very close and is a college town, however, I cannot guarantee this. If you are coming from out-of-town, you may want to rent a car or coordinate a carpool!

What if I have more questions that were not addressed?

Please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom with further questions or concerns. We are so excited to celebrate with you all!
