This will be an outdoor tented event in our very own backyard! There will be a short walk on the grass down to the ceremony/reception area, so we recommend wearing good walking shoes. We will have a golf cart for those who need assistance. We also recommend bringing layers in case it gets a little chilly in the evening while we dance the night away.
What can we do for fun?
There will be plenty of outdoor games available to play throughout the night. We will also have our hiking trails open if you are feeling adventurous! You can grab a drink to-go and explore the woods. We would recommend bringing a pair of tennis shoes to throw on for the hike. Activities are weather permitting and at your own risk, as long as you find your way back to the reception before dinner :)
When is the shuttle bus running?
The shuttle bus will leave the Fairfield Inn Hotel at 5:00pm sharp. Return trips back to the hotel will run every hour, on the hour, from 10:00pm until 1:00am.
Where do we park?
There will be plenty of parking spots available in a grass lot right as you pull into the property. If needed, parking along the street is an option as well. In the event of rain, street parking is recommended.
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your kiddos, this will be an adults only event unless otherwise stated on your invitation.
Do I get to bring a plus one date?
Only the individuals addressed on the invitations are invited. Please do not replace one guest with another. If you have any questions, please reach out to the bride and groom.
What do I need to bring?
Layers to keep you warm, dancing or hiking shoes, and your loving support! You may consider bringing cash tips for the bartenders if you would like to show them how much you appreciate their heavy pours.
What if I have a food allergy?
There will be plenty of options for food choices. Dinner will be served buffet style so you can select what you would like. If you have any specific preferences, please let us know.
