Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Gallagher Barn in Medina, NY. The reception will be followed by the ceremony.

The ceremony will take place outside and the reception is both indoor/outdoor. There will be cocktail tables set up outdoors as well. Dinner will take place inside the barn but throughout the reception you’re more than welcome to go outside the barn as well. We will also have activities that will take place outside the barn during reception hours.

This is not a Black Tie event so Semi Formal attire is recommended. Men may wear dressy pants with a nice dress top or a suit of choice. Females may wear cocktail dresses, maxi dresses, etc. We just ask to avoid wearing jeans and casual hats. Cowboy boots are encouraged.

As you pull into the driveway and approach the barn, you will be asked to park to the left of the older looking barn. Handicap parking is limited but will be available directly next to the actual barn venue.

We kindly ask that you do not bring your children unless the invitation has your child’s name(s) included on it. The only children that will be attending will be those included in the actual wedding party.

Yes, we will have open bar but we encourage tipping the bartenders.

This is an unplugged ceremony so we kindly ask that you please put your phones, tablets, cameras or any other kind of electronic device away during the ceremony. There will be a professional photographer to capture the memories from our special day. We promise to share any of our photos from the day with you all once we receive them. During the reception, you’re more than welcome to take pictures and we encourage you to share them on social media with our wedding hashtag so we can see all the memories made on our wedding night.

Please see the travel section for recommended hotels in the area. Unfortunately, local hotels nearby do not offer room blocks anymore. If interested, you may pitch a tent or park your camper at the venue for the night of the wedding instead of booking a room at a hotel. Tents may be set up the evening before the wedding if you’d like.
