We would like to thank you for celebrating our marriage with us! We hope you're as excited as we are and understand you may have some questions. We will try to answer as many questions as we can here but please feel free to reach out to us if you have any more.

I've you're viewing this page you've probably already received our Save the Date cards. We plan to send RVSPs by early May. We are hoping to offer both online and traditional mail-in RVSPs.

Please reach out to us if you are concerned about your RSVP.

As it stands, we are pretty tight on our RVSP list due to various limitations. For those married, we have included your spouse in our count. If you have a +1 you'd like to invite and they weren't included in your invite, please reach out to us and we will let you know if we can accommodate.

We love you and your kids, however, we have made the decision to not allow anyone under 21 at our wedding. We understand that this may make it difficult for you to attend and are sorry.

Given the limited space, alcohol at the reception and that our entire celebration will be held outside in the summer, we felt it was best to not include children.

Please note that the only children in attendance will be those involved in the wedding or belonging to those in the wedding party.

While there is a free parking garage across the street from the venue, we understand that some of you may not have a vehicle or intend to have a few drinks and prefer not to drive.

There is currently no official shuttle or driving service, however Charlotte offers plenty of public transit, including the light rail, only a couple of blocks from the Venue as well as plenty of driver services, such as Uber and Lyft.

We are adhering to the advice of the CDC as well as restrictions of the NC State Guidelines.

Currently, for vaccinated individuals, all mask and social distancing restrictions are lifted. You may, however, continue wearing a mask per your comfort level.

For individuals who have not been vaccinated, or those with severely compromised immune systems, mask are still highly suggested, especially when going indoors (such as the restrooms at our venue).

Our goal is to create an environment where all of our guests can feel safe and enjoy celebrating with us. That’s one reason we are holding the entire event outdoors. Please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns or questions.
