📍 THURSDAY, DEC 4TH

Tequila Tasting at Hacienda Xcanatún

5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Location: Hacienda Xcanatún

Calle 20 S/N x 19 y 19A, Comisaría Xcanatún, 97302 Mérida, Yuc., Mexico

Start the weekend off right with a sunset tequila tasting! We'll have tequila, cocktails, and light bites. This is a relaxed evening to mingle and unwind.

Transportation: Buses will pick up at Hyatt and Kahal hotels at 4:30pm to take guests to Hacienda Xcanatun. Buses will be available to return guests to Hyatt and Kahal hotels starting at 7:30pm. Uber is recommended as an alternative option.

Dinner: Not provided during the tasting, but the Hacienda's restaurant will be open until 11 PM. Mérida’s city center also has many great dinner spots—ask us for recommendations!

Dress Code: Resort casual

🎉 FRIDAY, DEC 5TH

Welcome Party at Arcano Restaurant

8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Location: Arcano Restaurant

Join us for cocktails and light bites to officially kick off the festivities!

Transportation: There will only be transportation available for guests staying at Hacienda Xcanatun. Bus pickup will be 4:30pm for those attending the rehearsal dinner, and 7:30pm for those attending the Welcome Event. Uber is also a great option, and is recommended for those staying in the city center (Arcano is just a 6-minute drive from downtown).

Dinner: For guests not attending the rehearsal dinner, we recommend grabbing dinner beforehand.

Dress Code: Cocktail

💍 SATURDAY, DEC 6TH

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Ceremony begins at 3:00 PM sharp

Location: Hacienda Xcanatún

We can’t wait to say “I do” with all of you there! Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early if you’ll be attending the ceremony.

Transportation: Buses will pick up guests at Hyatt and Kahal hotels at 2:00pm to take guests to Hacienda Xcanatun. Please meet the bus by 1:45 to ensure a seat. Buses will begin running returns from Hacienda Xcanatun to the Hyatt and Kahal hotels starting at 10:00pm and ending at 4:30am.

Evening Flow: Ceremony → Cocktail Hour → Dinner → Dancing

Dress Code: Fiesta Formal (More on this below!)

☀️ SUNDAY, DEC 7TH

Farewell Poolside Brunch

Starting at 11:00 AM

Location: Hacienda Xcanatún

Wind down with us at a laid-back brunch by the pool!

Dress Code: Swimsuits, sundresses, or come straight from the reception—whatever works!

Vibe: Casual

🎟️ Wristbands & Access Info

We’ve rented out the entire Hacienda for Saturday’s festivities! Each guest will receive a wristband upon arrival, which must be worn all weekend for entry into the resort. Wristbands are required for:

Entry to all wedding events at the Hacienda

Resort access (for non-guests)

Access to wedding-exclusive perks (see below!)

Please keep your wristband on all weekend.

🌺 Dress Code: Fiesta Formal

We’ve received a few questions about what “Fiesta Formal” means, so we’re here to help! You absolutely do not need to buy anything new—this is just guidance if you feel you need it!

For Women:

- Mid- or floor-length dresses

- Colors and patterns encouraged! Bold, festive looks are welcome

- Consider the venue: The Hacienda has uneven, rocky pathways—low block heels, wedges, or flats are highly recommended over stilettos

- Jumpsuits, suits or coordinated sets are also totally acceptable!

For Men:

- Lightweight summer suits (linen, cotton, or other breathable fabrics)

- Colors welcome! Feel free to go beyond navy and black

- Ties are optional
