The wedding will take place at Hacienda Xcanatun, which has 40 suites available to reserve for Friday, December 5th and Saturday, December 6th. You can also book rooms at a discounted rate 3 days before and after the event if you are able to enjoy a longer stay. All rooms include a free continental breakfast for two. For those flying into Mérida, Yucatán from the US or Europe, here are the most common ways to reach the city: 1. Flying into Mérida (Manuel Crescencio Rejón International Airport - MID)From the US: Mérida is well-connected with direct flights from major cities like Miami, Houston, Dallas, and Atlanta. These flights typically take around 2-3 hours.From Europe: While there are no direct flights from Europe to Mérida, travelers often connect through Mexico City (MEX) or Cancún (CUN), and then take a short connecting flight to Mérida. The total travel time varies, but it usually takes around 12-16 hours, depending on layovers. 2. Via Cancún (CUN)From the US or Europe: Many international flights (especially from Europe) may arrive at Cancún International Airport (CUN). From there, it's about a 3-4 hour drive to Mérida, or you can take a domestic flight to Mérida.By car: Rent a car or book a private transfer to Mérida.By bus: ADO buses operate comfortable services from Cancún to Mérida.By plane: Several daily flights connect Cancún and Mérida with a flight time of about 1 hour.By train: The Tren Maya is available for transport between Cancun and Merida, but has fewer scheduled departure times than the ADO bus. The train will drop you 12 km outside of the City Center and we recommend calling an uber for transport to your hotel from the train station. The Merida International Airport is 30 minutes from the wedding location, Hacienda Xcanatun. Once you arrive, transportation will be provided for all wedding related events. Taxis and Ubers are readily available outside of the airport and throughout the city of Merida.

The north side of Mérida has great shopping malls, bars, and restaurants that most tourists miss. Take a day trip to the beach at Progreso, the Ruta Puuc ruins, or the charming town of Izamal. We'll have tequila, cocktails, and light bites. This is a relaxed evening to mingle and unwind. Transportation: Buses will pick up at Hyatt and Kahal hotels at 4:30pm to take guests to Hacienda Xcanatun. Buses will be available to return guests to Hyatt and Kahal hotels starting at 7:30pm. Uber is recommended as an alternative option.Dinner: Not provided during the tasting, but the Hacienda's restaurant will be open until 11 PM.
