Please note the doors will close strictly at 2:00 PM.

Guests can freshen up or explore the city during this time. There is no organized event during the break. Please note you may not arrive to Newcastle prior to 7pm for the cocktail hour.

Upon arrival, please head to the Prestwick Terrace patio through the Ballroom entrance for the cocktail hour. Guests will be let into the Prestwick Terrace at 8pm for dinner service.
