The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:00 pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing to follow ceremony.

We ask that ALL guests wear the color black to the wedding.

The dress code is Black-Tie or Black-Suit Requested. *Please NO jeans/denim pants/khakis.

"Black-Tie or Black-Suit Requested" means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (evening gown or tuxedo), but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. Generally, black-tie or black-suit required dress code means that the couple and their wedding party will be dressed in black tie. It is therefore courteous for guests to reflect this level of formality in their own attire.

Due to limited venue capacity, we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guest unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. Your Formal invitations will be made out to "{Your name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given. We hope you understand!

Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. The Formal Invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name] Family" if your children have been invited. "Mr. and Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited. This will also be noted by the names listed under your party when you RSVP!

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date we have provided, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest count to the venues & vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Pending weather, ceremony will be located outside of the venue and our reception will be inside!

The venue offers lots of parking! If for some reason, you were to need to leave your car that night we ask that you pick your car up by 8:00 am on the 6th.
