Fall in Sevierville can be unpredictable. The ceremony will take place outside. Cocktail hour will take place outside. Dinner will take place inside. Dancing after dinner will be based on weather, but we have the option to open up the reception hall and move the dance floor outside.

We kindly request our guests to wear black, gray, light mauve, burgundy, or rust. We are also requesting formal attire for our wedding.

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards.

Bring your party shoes, but leave the littles at home! Our wedding has been planned as a child-free event due to capacity limits at our wedding venue.

Yes! We have arranged for Elite Shuttle Services to pick up and drop off our guests from the Hilton Garden Inn Pigeon Forge. Shuttle pick up and drop off times are to be determined. The wedding venue only has 20 parking spots because the venue is in the mountains. We highly encourage the use of the shuttle.

It is highly recommended that guests book a room through the hotel block for discounted rates and transportation to and from the wedding venue.
