Our story began at Michigan Tech, where we met and instantly knew we were destined for something extraordinary—something that would make our hearts soar and our laughter echo through the hills.

Our first date took us to the tip of the Keweenaw, High Rock Bay, where we hiked through winding trails, hand in hand, our souls dancing to the rhythm of nature's symphony. It was on that very hike that we discovered a shared love for the great outdoors and a mutual appreciation for life's simple pleasures (and pasties).

But our adventures didn't stop there! In every season, we found new avenues for joy and exploration. Whether it was skiing down powdery slopes or setting up camp beneath a blanket of stars, we reveled in the magic of our shared experiences.

Our adventures took us far and wide, from the rugged beauty of Alaska to the serene landscapes of Michigan. It was in front of the majestic Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau that Jacob, with nature as our witness, dropped to one knee and asked MacKenzie to be his adventure partner for life. Overwhelmed with joy, MacKenzie couldn't help but exclaim a resounding "Yes!" knowing that our journey together would be filled with endless love and laughter.
