Yes, there is a free parking lot outside of the White Willow Meadows venue if you choose to drive.

The couple would like this to be an adult-only affair, we hope you enjoy your night out! While we would love to have as many people as possible celebrate our big day, we will not be able to have everyone bring their little ones. If your entire family is invited, your formal wedding invitation will be made out to your family. If you received a guest, your invitation will be made out to you and your guest.

The easiest would be to Uber/Lyft or use our bus-provided transportation (picking up and dropping off at the Hyatt hotel block location in the Grandview Heights, OH area). If you choose to drive, you are permitted to leave your car overnight in the White Willow Meadows parking lot if needed. It will need to be picked up by 9am the next day due to another wedding happening the following day.

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony starting to mingle & find your seat.

The ceremony will take place outdoors in The Garden of Verona, to the left of the venue building. Cocktail hour will be outside under the covered patio. The reception will be inside the venue after cocktail hour.

Cocktail or semi-formal attire. Look your best!😉

The reception will finish up at 11pm, with a send off exit!

The best option would be to book before July 1st, 2025. While we can add rooms to our blocks if we run out, any unreserved rooms 30-days prior to our wedding date (8/2/25), will flow back to the general public and can't be guaranteed to our guests if the available rooms end up getting booked up by the public.

Yes, you will get the option to select the meat or vegetarian options when you fill out your RSVP with the formal invitation.
