How will I know when I will be picked up by the shuttle?
Once we have received all RSVPs our shuttle team will create a custom schedule. Please check the Travel tab for the shuttle the week of the wedding.
Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?
Yes, we will be providing a shuttle service to and from the venue. Please visit the "travel" tab for additional information!
When should I RSVP by?
RSVPs were due January 3rd. If you need to make adjustments to your response please reach out to us directly!
Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Trillium Venue in Sevierville, TN.
Do you have recommendations on where to stay?
Yes! Please visit the "travel" tab for recommendations on where to stay!
Are there ubers in the area?
No, ubers are not common in the area due to the mountain back roads. Please utilize our provided shuttle service for transportation!
Where is the closest airport?
The closest airport is MgGhee Tyson Airport.
What if we are driving in for the day but want to utilize the shuttle?
Guests driving in for the day can meet the shuttle at the base of the mountain for pick up. Please see the shuttle tab for further information and address details.
Do we need to take the shuttle?
We are encouraging all guests to utilize the provided shuttle service. The venue is located at the top of a mountain on winding backroads. There is also limited parking onsite.
What if I need to leave the event early but utilized the shuttle?
The shuttle will remain onsite for the full duration of the event. If you do need to leave prior to 10pm the shuttle will be able to take you back to your lodging or car throughout the evening.
