There is limited parking at the welcome party cabin. Guests will need utilize the provided shuttle service for transportation to and from the welcome party. Please review the shuttle details below for transportation information!

We will be having a shuttle transport guests to and from the welcome party. They will be available for transportation 5pm-11pm. When you are ready to be picked up please call the shuttle driver for your area. Guests not staying in The Summit Cabin Community or Trillium Cottages will need to park at Elite Event Services parking lot: 1684 Waldens Creek Road.

Shuttle #1 - Continuous service from EES Parking Lot 1684 Walden's Creek Rd

Guests should call Zach at 865 300 6191 for transportation to and from parking lot.

Shuttle #2 - Summit + Trillium Cottage Circuit serving 3035 Summit Trails Dr, 3152 Summit Trails Dr, 3105 Mountaineer Trail and Trillium Cottages

Guests should call Tammy at 713-299-9941 for transportation within the Summit.
