Where to stay?

We suggest staying in Ashland, OR, as it will be the most convenient to the venue and is an awesome little town to explore!

Another option would be Medford, OR which is about 30 minutes north of Ashland. Both places have ample options for lodging, whether you prefer a traditional hotel or an Airbnb. See our 'Travel' page for some of our top suggestions, and other travel information!

We will also have a special discount from Ashland Springs Hotel for using their venue for our ceremony. Please be aware that the discounted rate is only available for the night of September 1st. To book a room, please call 541-488-1700 ext. 0 and let them know you are booking for the Webb and Elliott wedding.

What is the dress code for your wedding?


We ask guests to wear formal attire, such as Cocktail Dresses or Evening wear! Our wedding colors will be mauve pink and sage green. Feel free to wear similar colors, but don't forget to leave the white at home!

In addition, we encourage you to bring shoes that you can dance in!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to budget and space constraints, special exceptions need to be approved by Bride's parents.

Am I allowed to bring my children?


While we both love kids, this will be more of an adult geared wedding. We ask that only kids aged 10&up be in attendance.

At this time, we are exploring a childcare option for kids under the age of 10. We hope to have it figured out soon, so please check back for more information!

Will there be an open bar?

One of Lucas' favorite things is enjoying a drink with friends. We plan to have an open bar that will transition into a cash bar during the reception. The bar will serve a variety of options and spirits.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?


The ceremony will be outdoors, with an indoor cocktail hour and reception to follow.
