What’s the dress code?

Semi-formal / cocktail attire. We’d love for you to dress up a bit, but still feel comfortable! The venue is primarily outdoors, with access to indoor space if needed, so please keep the weather and terrain in mind when choosing your outfit and shoes.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, with access to indoor space if needed. We’ll have a plan in place in case of rain — but fingers crossed for sunshine!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4:30, so we recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to get settled and find a seat.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely — little ones are welcome to join the celebration! We’ll have kid-friendly food and drinks available during dinner. We kindly ask that children head home or back to the hotel by 8 PM, as the dance floor opens up and the evening takes on a more adult vibe. We hope this gives parents a chance to relax and enjoy the party, too!

Will transportation be provided?

Yes — a shuttle will be running between the Fairfield Inn & Suites and the venue, so guests staying there will have access to a ride to and from the celebration. However, guests staying at The Lodge at Hocking College will need to arrange their own transportation, as there will not be a shuttle service from that location. We recommend planning ahead with a car service, carpool, or designated driver. Let us know if you need help coordinating!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

We’ve made sure to include options for common dietary needs, and we want everyone to feel well-fed and cared for. Please be sure to note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP — this helps us make sure there’s something delicious for everyone.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes — there’s plenty of parking on-site.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’re asking guests to keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. We’ll have a professional photographer capturing the moment — and we’ll share the photos afterward!
