Yes, we will have transportation service from the Fairfield Inn starting at 4:00 pm. There will also be transportation from the venue back to the Fairfield Inn available all night long.

Yes! there is plenty of parking located just outside the venue. While the venue has a great mountain view, the drive up the mountain is safe and paved.

Yes, we are including little ones in on out special day. We hope that all of our friends and family will join our celebration and do not want childcare to make that difficult. We want each family to decide what is best for them.

We are requesting semi-formal attire

The ceremony will be outdoors, with a back-up plan in the case of rain on a covered patio. The reception is indoors and is located on the same property as the ceremony. We anticipate weather in the high 70s.
