This is a camping festival wedding! Our amazing wedding venue: River Forest Haven is located a quick 15-20 minute drive from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

We have rented out the entire venue so please do not inquire about accommodations or book accommodations through the website. Communicate directly with the Bride & Groom if you have any questions.

There are a few options to choose from for your travel and accommodations. We will list them below in order of affordability.

Please note: There are onsite enclosed bathrooms and 3 onsite heated showers available for us all to use.

We prefer you stay on site as the entire wedding weekend will be operating like a festival so there will be activities, music, etc happening from sunrise-late night parties until 3AM. It should be noted that outdoor music needs to be shut down and brought inside by 12AM. Any after hours music will take place in the on site warehouse, allowing for the campgrounds to remain quiet from 12AM onward.

Option #1 ($)

Fly in with your own camping gear and take an uber/lyft from the airport directly to the venue. Easy peasy, no fuss. Tim & Maddy have plenty of pointers in fitting all your gear in a few checked bags and are happy to give some pointers!

Option #5 ($$$-$$$$)

Are you simply not interested in anything close to camping and need your own bathroom and kitchen? An RV rental may be the best option for you! The venue has several RV hook up and will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis. Please RSVP ASAP if you wish to use on of the RV specific camping spots.
