We will be sending out official wedding invitations in March - they will have instructions to RSVP online so you can let us know if you are able to come celebrate with us!

Once you receive your wedding invitation in April - we would love to know as soon as possible! The specific deadline is June 1st, 2025.

We have a room block at the Ariel Broadway Hotel in Lorain for our wedding guests. It is only 3 minutes away from our reception venue.

Go to the “Travel” tab on our website and call Ariel Broadway Hotel to reserve your hotel room. These have to be reserved before June 15th, 2025 to be in our wedding block.

After the ceremony ends, we are providing a 2 hour time block for guests to drive to Lorain and check in to the hotel. (2-4pm) We will have shuttle transportation from the hotel to the reception venue so you can leave your car parked at the hotel.

We’d love to see our friends & family get all dressed up in formal cocktail attire for our special day! Bright summery colors are encouraged.

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP.

Invitations will be specific and will include (if any) names of children who are invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself!

Absolutely! Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! We will have a shuttle service provided to and from the Ariel Broadway Hotel. Get ready to party!

The ceremony, reception, and after-party will be indoors. The reception venue is right along the beach, and everyone is welcome to step outside and enjoy the area.

If staying at the hotel, we are providing shuttle transportation to & from the reception venue, so please park your car in the hotel parking lot (free for hotel guests.) If you are not staying at the hotel, our reception venue has free onsite parking. Vehicles are not permitted to stay in this parking lot overnight.

The after-party is going to be at the hotel bar (in the lower level) from 11pm-1am. It is called Broadway Grill & Games at the Ariel Broadway Hotel. Any of our wedding guests are welcome to join us, however you have to be staying at the hotel in order to attend. The hotel has informed us that no outside guests are welcome.
