We have arranged hotel blocks at two establishments conveniently situated within a 10-minute stroll from the wedding venue, centrally located in Lancaster. We encourage guests who are able to walk to the venue to consider doing so.

For those coming from out of town and are staying at the hotels

We have secured a room with Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square starting on Friday for people to congregate, spend time with each other, and enjoy breakfast Saturday morning prior to the wedding. Please ask the front desk at the hotel for directions to the space.

If you need day-of parking, the East King Street Garage is situated directly across from the venue with a max fee of $15/day.

For guests traveling from across the country, we recommend flying into Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), located approximately 75 miles from Lancaster. PHL is served by all major airlines, offering frequent flights from numerous destinations.

Alternatively, Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) is also an option, situated around 35 miles from Lancaster. Although smaller in size, MDT may be more convenient for certain travelers.

Since many travelers will be routing through Philadelphia, we wanted to offer highlight two options to get from Philly to Lancaster.

By Train: Amtrak runs frequent trains between Philadelphia and Lancaster. Upon arrival to PHL, you can take a Taxi (flat rate fare) or rideshare to 30th St. Station. From 30th St. Station take a train headed towards Harrisburg. Upon arrival in Lancaster, the train station is 1.5mi from downtown, just far enough we would recommend a rideshare/taxi to get downtown. Matt and Maddy do this route when heading back east and recommend it for those who plan to spend the whole weekend in Lancaster City.

By Car: upon arrival in PHL, make your way to the rental car pickup and set off from there. Most likely Google will route you on the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) which has moved exclusively to toll pay by license plate so some additional planning may be needed when picking up your rental car. Matt and Maddy recommend this option for those looking to explore Lancaster County as part of their travel to this wedding.
