Garrett and I love The Pear Tree! This is our favorite restaurant in the area. Amazing atmosphere, wonderful service and impeccable food.

If you are planning a weekend in Macon, you have to stop and visit West Winery. A quaint winery with a great selection and relaxing atmosphere.

Long Branch Lake State Park is a beautiful lake that has many camping sites, trails, boat ramps and a large beach that is open to the public. Garrett and I love spending warm summer days at Long Branch, it is a mini oasis so close to home! If any guests decide to make an entire trip out of their time in Atlanta, we would definitely recommend checking out Long Branch State Park!

Garrett & I both love Koch's! It's a local grocery store, coffee shop, deli, and ice cream parlor with lots of local goodies. Truly a one-stop-shop! They have an amazing bakery, their cupcakes especially! Right off the highway on your way into Atlanta. We highly recommend stopping in on your way to town!
