Leavenworth is a small Cascade Mountain town approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. There are two routes over the mountains that take relatively the same amount of time, and GoogleMaps is always helpful for discerning the right route to take!

There are a variety of hotels and Airbnbs in the Leavenworth area that allow one to enjoy the beautiful nature and festive Bavarian downtown district. Visiting this area can quickly become a fun mountain trip filled with hiking, swimming, and fishing among other things such as wine tasting and brewery going. There are also many wonderfully affordable options in the towns east of Leavenworth towards and including Wenatchee that are within 15-30 minutes of the venue.

If possible, it is best to book lodging as soon as possible. By the spring, accommodations begin to be booked up, and during the summer, it is possible for all options to sell out. There will NOT be a hotel block for wedding guests, as we encourage all to feel the freedom to book a fun stay and make a vacation out of your time in the Cascades.
