Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at The Commodore. The ceremony will take place underneath a partially covered pavilion overlooking Lake Nagawicka, weather-permitting. The reception will take place upstairs in the event space. There is an elevator for accessibility.

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, with a cocktail hour to follow outside, weather-permitting. Shortly thereafter dinner will be served, along with dancing.

Yes, there is a large parking lot with free parking at The Commodore. You are free to leave your car overnight in the lot as long as you come back to get it early Sunday morning. We will also have a shuttle service available after the reception, which we highly recommend using. The shuttle route will go to and from from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Delafield by IHG. We are not positive about the availability of ride share options (ie Uber, Lyft) due to the location of the venue. If you do prefer a ride share, we would highly recommend utilizing the schedule ride feature of the app, if possible.

Black Tie Optional / Dress Your Best. Ladies can wear long dresses and/or long jumpsuits, men can wear suits, but feel free to tux it up if you wish! Most importantly, we want everyone to feel comfortable (without spending an arm and a leg) and ready to break it down on the dance floor.
