Our doors will open at 3 PM for guests to arrive, mingle, and make their way to the ceremony site. If you have accessibility challenges, please let us know and the venue provides carts to transport those who need it. We will begin our ceremony promptly at 3:30 PM to remain on schedule. Anyone who arrives after will not be allowed to enter the ceremony but is welcome to rejoin for the cocktail hour.

We will be getting married at the Old Trail Club in Crozet, VA. 5494 Golf Drive Crozet, VA 22932 Our ceremony will take place on the golf course. The cocktail hour and reception will follow inside the events hall.

If you are flying into Virginia, there are many options for airports however we would recommend looking into the Charlottesville-Albermarle Airport (CHO - 30-minute drive) or the Richmond International Airport (RIC - 90-minute drive). For more information please look into our "travel" tab.

We have a list of potential accommodations under our "travel" tab that the venue has recommended to us. However, there are many places to stay near the wedding if you search for "places to stay in Crozet, VA." There are Airbnbs and hotels in the area that can accommodate a wide range of budgets.

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Ladies, please avoid wearing any white or white adjacent items.

Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited space, so we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Please do not share our wedding invite with anyone not listed on your invite, unless otherwise specified.

Our venue provides catering and we will be having a BBQ buffet. If you have any dietary restrictions please include this on your RSVP so we can accommodate.

We will have a cash/credit card bar at our venue. If you would like to drink at the wedding, please feel free to purchase drinks as you wish, but please recognize your limits and be safe. We want to have a fun time with everyone and celebrate this milestone, but we want to do so safely and respectfully.

Please RSVP using this website, or by messaging the bride/groom by Saturday, February 22nd, 2025. This way we have ample time to give final counts to our venue. However, if you are able to answer earlier, please feel free to.

Virginia as a state has incredible geographic diversity and with us getting married in the middle of the state, you are just a short drive from the beach or the mountains. We will be getting married right outside of Charlottesville which is a beautiful college town with a lovely downtown area.
