When is the RSVP deadline?
It is VERY IMPORTANR that you RSVP by July 27! Some of our vendors require advanced headcounts, so RSVPing by the date ensures we have a seat + food for you.
Also PLEASE only rsvp if you 100% will be attending. If you rsvp and something comes up-- please let us know asap.
Are kids allowed?
We politely request no children. We want to give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears! Plus we want all you parents to have a much deserved night off anyway.
Can I Bring a plus one?
Due to constraints we are limited to a certain number of guests and therefore can't offer additional plus ones if they are not listed on the invitation. Invited guests will be listed on the invitation and when you go into RSVP.
is there service at the venue?
The service at the venue is pretty spotty and limited-- perfect for a night unplugging, disconnecting, and having one helluva good time together!!
What should we wear?
No dress code for this one! However if you want some inspiration for outfits here's A LINK TO MY BOARD.
Please be mindful that the venue is an outdoor mountain venue and you will be on dirt and walking up "hills" some of the time. AKA probably not the best venue for your stilettos.
Also, it will be pretty warm until the sun goes down but it can cool off quick so don't forget some layers.
The color scheme and decor is very earthy and natural so if you want to be on "theme" feel free to wear earthy colors likes greens, rusts, and yellows. But again you can really wear anything.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation.
Is there an open bar?
We will have a limited selection of beers, seltzers, and wines available for guests but we won't be offended if you choose to bring your preferred drink of choice. Also note that while the bar is open-- I'm sure the bartender would appreciate some cash tips. Also note the open bar will only be available during the actual events. If you would like any drinks to enjoy while setting up camp or back at the campground after the reception please plan accordingly.
can we take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you remain present and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have hired an excellent photo and video team who we are confident won't miss a moment and don't want guests phones/camera ruining the professional pictures. We are happy to share the professional photos with you.
can we take photos during the reception?
Absolutely! In fact we encourage it! We would love to see all the memories from our evening. Be on the lookout at the venue for QR codes to share your photos from the evening. We just ask that during some of the formal reception events that you be mindful of our photo/video team so as not to be in the way of their shots.
Will we be indoors or outside?
Both the ceremony and the reception will be outdoors as long as Idaho weather cooperates. Please be mindful that it can be hot in August (so drink plenty of water) and that after the sun goes down it starts to cool off faster in the mountains.
WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK? IS PARKING FREE
Yes the parking is free and the lot will be obvious upon arrival to the venue. We just ask that once you arrive please drive very slow. The road is dirt and we will have things set up outside and would like to mitigate how much dust we stir up.
What do we need to know for staying at the venue?
Please visit the 'camping @ venue' tab for all information regarding staying at the venue.
