Due to the timing and small guest list of our wedding, reserving a hotel block was not an option. Below we have listed a few hotels within 10-30 minutes of the cabin wedding venue, as well as a few airb&amp;b's close by. Please review each option and pick what is best for you and your traveling party. We recommend checking in the night of 11/10/25 or the morning of 11/11/25, and scheduling check out for 11/13/25.

Our Story

Ally is the younger sister of Madelyne. Though the two shared the typical sibling rivalry in their youth, they have grown closer as they have grown older. Since Madelyne moved to Alabama, the two keep in contact by texting often, and sharing funny videos and pictures.

Dillon and Daniel's lives have always been closely tied together. Spending most vacations and free time together in their younger years, they were almost inseparable. Through joys and hardships, they are almost destined to end up in each others lives. They have always been more than just cousins, they are two sides of the same coin. 

Dillon Ellis

Madelyne and Fiona have known each other since they met in 5th grade. They continued to the same middle school and highschool where they remained friends and spent time together outside of school as much as possible. Now, despite going to different colleges and moving to different states anytime they see each other they pick up right where they left off as if no time has passed at all. 

Fiona McClain

Allison is the older sister of Daniel and close friend of Madelyne. Daniel often reflects fondly on the relationship his sister and himself had growing up. Madelyne met Allison shortly after she began dating Daniel. The three often spend weekends, birthday's and holiday's together, finding as much enjoyment in doing nothing together as they do traveling together.

Madelyne met Caitlyn in their freshman year of college at Southeastern Louisiana University, both being enrolled in the vocal music degree program. Caitlyn and Madelyne remained close through all four years of undergrad, taking nearly every course together and, after graduation, moved to Alabama together to pursure secondary degrees. Madelyne did not continue at UAB, electing instead to start working in healthcare management at Seale Harris Clinic. After Caitlyn completed her masters at Samford University, Madelyne hired her at Seale Harris Clinic where they now both work together every day. Though they work in the same building, they still never see each other enough and frequently meet up with most of the wedding party members to catch up and spend time together. 

Caitlyn Rodrigue

Madelyne met Camryn in their freshman year of college at Southeastern Louisiana University, both being enrolled in the vocal music degree program. Though their main courses rarely lined up, they took many electives and choir classes together. Madelyne and Camryn spent their free time hanging out as often as possible. When Madelyne and Caitlyn moved to Alabama, Camryn soon followed a year later. Though they do not work together, they see each other on weekends when possible, playing video games or simply catching up. Madelyne had the honor of officiating Camryn and Ryan's wedding last November.

Camryn Blanchfield

Madelyne met Ryan in undergrad at Southeastern Louisiana University. Though Ryan spent most of his free time with, his now wife, Camryn, he quickly became a close friend of Madelyne. When Ryan moved to Alabama Madelyne introduced him to Daniel. Ryan and Daniel became fast friends, sharing mutual hobbies and interests. Madelyne had the honor of officiating Camryn and Ryan's wedding last November.  

Ryan Blanchfield

Luke and Daniel first met each other when Daniel transferred schools in the 5th grade. It took a few years for their friendship to fully actualize, but when it did, it became one for a lifetime. They always knew they could rely on each other, and always enjoyed deep conversations over video games. Helping each other move and start their own lives, they have played a pivotal part in each other's journey.
